Went to the bank asking about non-member currency exchange, they said Wells Fargo does not offer, so I went to my car, called Wells Fargo customer service, who said yes non-members are eligible for currency exchange with a fee. When I returned they again stated they did not offer the exchange for non members, with attitude. Did not even make an attempt to research, even though customer service said they could call if they were unsure. Went to another branch who were more than happy to serve me.
It's hit or miss with this place. Every time I get a male teller my deposits are wrong or the change they give back is the wrong amount. Erin and Kamini are always on point. If it weren't for the ladies I would drive to another branch.
